Do you have meat by the pound like your other location?

We do! We are currently offering it in ½ lb increments, and the meats we are currently offering are Brisket, Tri Tip, Chicken Thighs, Pulled Pork, and Pork Belly Burnt ends.

Will you be offering spare ribs any time soon?

Fingers crossed, yes! We are hoping to offer that by Summer 2023.

Do you brew your own beer?

Yes, we most certainly do! Mike Aubuchon is our head brewer, creating amazing beers for our guests.

What time should I line up? What time should I get there?

There typically is no worry in regard to lines. However, our dinner rush may become busy so you may have to wait for a table.

Is your meat gluten-free?

We cannot guarantee our meats are gluten-free or safe for those who cannot consume gluten. We have options that are not prepared with gluten. However, we do want to be fully transparent in that regard.

Can I bring my dog?

If the weather permits, we would love to have your dog! We do have an outside patio for dogs to be. We also want to ensure that all guests are respected, so we ask that dogs are leashed and can behave well with others.

What forms of payment do you take?

We take Credit Cards and Cash.

Do you have a full bar?

Yes, we are a full bar. We have signature cocktails, natural wines, and our own craft beer.

Can I make a reservation?

We do not take reservations regularly. However, you can email us at, and we can see what we can do for you!

Is there a kid's menu?

We do not have a specific children’s menu.

Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?

We have vegetarian options on most business days, including seasonal salads. However, we specialize in smoked meats.
